GPS-Guadalupe Pregnancy Service in now open! We are here to provide a community service in the city of Rosemead. We are a non-profit public benefit organization under the Federation Program of International Life Services (ILS) 501(c)(3). International Life Service has a total of 42 Pregnancy Resource Centers in the United States. CLICK HERE for more information about our parent affiliate International Life Services.
Our services offer education on alternatives to abortion, abstinence, fetal development, parenting, and post-abortion issues to the community at large. These services are provided freely without bias to any person's race, ethnicity, religion, age, sex or socio-economic background.
Our geographic service area is South San Gabriel, Rosemead, South El Monte, Montebello, Pico Rivera and the surrounding vicinity.
We are supported solely through the support of individuals and organizations in the community; providing service and support to the people of the community.
We offer our clients the following services:
- Free pregnancy tests
- Options counseling*
- Material assistance
- Abortion recovery help and support

We are here to offer help to each client one person at a time. Support is offered in an atmosphere of acceptance, caring and confidentiality.
We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop.

Walk for Life WC Pilgrimage
was awesome!
An estimated 40,000 to 50,000 people attended the 8th annual Walk for Life West Coast in San Francisco on January 21, 2012.
It was an amazing testimony of support on behalf of the 52 million babies who have been silenced and who have no voice since 1973.
Thank you to all the GPS pilgrims who joined us in this annual journey of affirming the "Culture of Life" here on the West Coast.
We invite you to join us again next year in 2013 in what will be our 3rd annual pilgrimage to the Walk for Life West Coast scheduled for January 26, 2013.
